McCarthy Lexus Customer Care Centre opened it's doors in the year 2000. The decision to have a central office to take care of several dealerships has proved to be a successful one.
We have dedicated staff who call on all our customers to ascertain their level of satisfaction with the service at any of our 3 Lexus dealerships. All comments and queries are dealt with immediately and reports sent to relevant dealerships.
As we are not linked to any particular dealership we are able to stay neutral, focused and excited about Customer Care and promotion of McCarthy Lexus, its products and service.
